The decisions made by our club are driven by our members and we encourage all members to attend club meetings so they can have their say and find out what is going on in the club and in the sport.
Committee meetings are held on the second Tuesday of every third month. Together the committee and club members discuss, vote and make decisions on things like event details, entry prices, rule changes, state championship matters, sponsorship and grants.
Visitors are also welcome to attend but are not included in voting.
Our AGM is held after the last committee meeting of the year in November. All committee positions are vacated to make way for new members. New committee members are nominated and accepted at the AGM, then hand-over occurs at the January committee meeting. If you are interested in volunteering on the committee next year, come along to the AGM and see what it’s all about!
